Shipping Questions

 

Q. What payment options do you accept?

A.  Our website store currently supports Card payments via Yoco as well as EFT payments.

Q. Do you ship to P.O Boxes?

A. We do not ship to P.O Boxes.

Q. Do you ship outside of South Africa?

A:  (Updated 2024) For now no…however when before this seemed impossible we are now looking into international sales sometime 2025.

Q. What shipping options do you use?

A. We ship all Syringes/Grow Kits/Microdose Kits/Merchandise via Courier Guy Or Aramex Overnight Shipping – Door to Door delivery to South African Residents.

Q. How much does shipping cost to South African residents?

 All Spore Syringe and Grow Kit orders cost R150 shipping (Up to 10 kg)

For Fruiting Chambers R175 Shipping.

Trauma Team Microdose Kits 50mg/100mg/150mg have free shipping until 2025.

Q. Can I collect my order from you?

A. We only sell our products online via couriers, For now Spacequest is an online shop only.

Spore Syringe Questions

Q. Do you sell Spore Prints\Plates\Swabs?

 We only sell Spore Syringes.

Q. Do you sell Liquid Culture or -True- Spore Syringes?

We sell Liquid Culture Spore Syringes. This was a hard choice to do. We know back in 2019/2020 we sold Distilled Water Based Spore Syringes and due to the evolution of our shop and strains we decided to switch over to Liquid Culture Spore Syringes. This ensures customers get results when studying our “Spores” and genetics.

We recommend Syringes to be stored at 3-5c

Syringes with an air bubble is normal and intentionally added. Some Syringes may have a purple/pink/green/blue or red hue. This is normal and does not mean it is Contaminated.

Q.  My Spore Syringe was damaged during transit or is Contaminated.

Please contact us right away on our contact form or email us sales@spacequest.co.za along with your order number, you may need to provide photos. You can also contact us via live chat which is much faster.

If provided within 14 days of delivery, you will be sent out another syringe free of charge. We are that confident in our products. (This only applies to South African Residents)

Please note we may contact you via whatsapp to get this resolved.

What we do cover on Spore Syringes:

Spore Syringes dead on arrival/contaminated within 14 days will get a replacement.(Please provide photos)

Spore Syringes damaged during transit/leaked/broken on arrival (Please provide photos) Will be replaced.

What we do not cover :

Spore syringes that are older than 14 days after delivery.

Q. What is Microdosing?

Microdosing involves taking very small, sub-perceptual doses of a substance 

The idea is to experience subtle benefits without the intense and often overwhelming effects of a full dose. People who microdose usually do so with the aim of improving their mood, creativity, focus, or overall well-being.

Q: Is it safe to Microdose? Is this product for me?

Trauma Team Guarantee you an authentic Microdosing product however please consult with your doctor before using any Microdosing Product. Understand if this is the product for you. The dosage required daily are on our shop page & on the product itself. We encourage our customers to follow those instructions. Please use at your own risk! Trauma Team 50/100/150/200mg Products are for ages 18+ and to be kept out of reach from children.

Q. What is the Stamets Stack?

The Stamets Stack is a microdosing protocol developed by renowned mycologist Paul Stamets. It combines psilocybin, Lion’s Mane mushroom, and niacin (vitamin B3). The idea behind this stack is to enhance cognitive function, promote neuroregeneration, and prevents Anxiety.

The stack is typically taken in a specific dosing schedule over several weeks, with days of microdosing followed by days of rest to avoid developing a tolerance. 

Q. What are the side effects of Microdosing Stamets Stack? Or taking too much?

Following our guidelines, users should experience little to no side effects Microdosing Stamet Stack Products, taking too much however or out of those guidelines users may then experience Hallucinations/Slight Nausea. Niacin in large amounts can cause Diarrhea.

Note : 10x200mg Edition does not contain Niacin.

Q: How much is shipping on Microdose products?

R150 for all Microdosing Products. Trauma Team 50/100/150mg Products have free shipping. Even if they are included into another order.

Q. Do you offer a warranty/refunds on Microdose Products?

Unfortunately not, sorry all for these we cannot provide a replacement. Please again understand if this is the product for you.

Grow Kit Questions

Q. Do you sell ready to fruit or fully colonized grow Kits?

 All our Grow kits are sterile once they leave our door. Spacequest does not sell any ready to fruit Grow kits. 

Q. My Grow kit is damaged or contaminated on arrival.

 Please contact us right away via our contact form! Along with your order number and contact details. We will get it sorted for you! You may need to provide photos.

Please inoculate grow kits within 3-5 days of arrival, Spacequest does not cover grow kits that have dried out or contaminated due to poor storage conditions or have gone past inoculation date.

* Spacequest highly recommends you have some basic mushroom grow knowledge before purchasing a grow kit.

Q . How long until my grow kit is shipped?


 Grow kits are a build to order item and may take 5-7 working days before being shipped. All grow kits are freshly made.

Q. Do you offer Refunds on Grow kits?

 We offer replacements on Grow Kits within 7 days of delivery. We can only offer a refund before the order is shipped. Please understand grow kits are a “Perishable” Product, and we cannot offer refunds once shipped.

What we will replace :

A grow kit which is contaminated on arrival (Please send photos as soon as it arrives)

A Grow kit damaged during transit, lid is open, or seal is broken etc, broken syringe port. (Please contact us as soon as it arrives)

What we do not cover : 

Contaminated grow kit after 7 days.

 Spacequest Grow kits used with other vendor Spore Syringes.

Q. I am unable to create an account or have not received my verification email.

Please check your spam folder, if you are still having problems creating an account, contact us via our contact form. (No verification is currently needed)

Q. Why should I sign up for a Spacequest Account?

For future Spacequest promotions, new strain releases/ products, and most importantly loyal customer discounts down the line! It may take sometime to get there but this is our future plans.  Spacequest was formed end of 2019, We will not forget the customers that got us here. Q. Do I need to sign up for an account before I can order?

Currently you do not need to make an account to place an order.

Q. Can I delete my Spacequest account?

You can delete your account at any time, and all profile information and order history will be permanently deleted. We cannot reverse this. It is sad to see you go, we hope you do come back again! You can delete your profile via My account management.

Q. I have placed an order but have not received my order confirmation email.

Please check your spam folder. If you have checked your spam folder and have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us via our contact form.

Q. Do you have a phone number I can contact you on?

Unfortunately we no longer provide phone support. Please understand SpaceQuest is an online shop only and that with products we sell we decided to no longer use this service.

While other vendors may provide free growing information and support over the phone…SpaceQuest does not provide growing support for Magic Mushroom Spore Syringes
